What our clients say.

  • Tara D.

I’ve been doing therapy with Preethi for quite some time now, and I can honestly say she has helped me grow by leaps and bounds. Over the years, she has given me so much insight, guidance, and practical tools that have helped me understand myself better and work towards becoming a better version of myself.

I’m partially bedridden, so being able to have my therapy sessions online has been incredibly helpful. Even though our sessions are online, I never feel like I’m missing out in any way. Our sessions have real substance, and I always feel like I’m getting something meaningful out of them.

One of the things I appreciate most about Preethi is how comfortable she makes me feel. She talks to me almost like a peer rather than making me feel like I’m sitting across from a therapist, which makes it so much easier for me to open up and be myself. She also has a way of making therapy something I genuinely look forward to every week rather than something I dread.

I’m really grateful for all the support, insight, and growth I’ve experienced through our sessions. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I would definitely recommend Preethi. You’re in very good hands. 🫶

Like many people, I initially hesitated to see a therapist. There are always reasons not to ie. stigma or believing you should be able to figure things out on your own, so why pay someone to do that.

What eventually led me to therapy was the belief that our minds are one of the most important factors determining whether we thrive or struggle in life and business. I found myself circling through certain patterns and repeatedly taking paths that were not serving me well. I knew I needed to better understand myself and make meaningful changes.

I am grateful that I met Chris. He created a safe, non-judgmental space for me to explore these patterns. Through our sessions, I have become mentally stronger and, more importantly, gained practical tools to recognise and manage moments of self-sabotage.

I often describe Chris as my mental coach. Working with him has been one of the most valuable investments I have made in myself.

  • Edith K.

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. He has played a significant role in helping me get my life back on track during a challenging period.

From the very first session, I found him to be professional, approachable, and genuinely easy to talk to. Chris draws from a range of psychological approaches, giving him a diverse set of tools that he tailors to each individual’s needs. This flexibility allowed him to support me in a way that felt both effective and personal.

One of the biggest advantages was the ability to continue our sessions online, no matter where I was in the world. The continuity of care made a tremendous difference and ensured consistent progress.

Throughout our work together, I always felt truly heard, respected, and never judged. Chris is open, honest, and authentic in his approach, creating a safe space for meaningful conversations. He also has a wonderful sense of humour, and at times our sessions included much-needed laughter alongside the deeper work.

If you are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and insightful psychologist who genuinely cares about his clients, I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris.

  • Daniel D.

You can read through all the reviews below on the characteristics of Chris’s care towards his patients, but I want you to have this takeaway from who he is.

When I was going through a bad episode, Chris pulled me out of it. Instead of just the core breathing exercises and such, which he knew I wouldn’t really believe would work, he quoted FPSRussia, a legendary youtuber. “Safety First”

The whiplash of hearing your therapist quote a youtube legend that was niche was insane. It was so insane, in fact, that I was snapped out of the tormented feelings I had and started bursting out laughing at the absurdity of what he said. It was cathartic, and soon turned into annoyance that out of all the tools modern psychology has given us, what worked on me most was a youtube callout.

Now that’s actual skill and range. He creates a genuinely comfortable atmosphere to talk and be open about what you struggle with.

He’s able to adapt to you, and gauge where you’re at. Theres no pressure in his sessions.

As a man, it’s hard enough to take the idea of therapy seriously. I used to struggle opening up to therapy and was skeptical in the first few sessions. But Chris makes it extremely easy and most importantly, I do see progress and find myself more regulated and calm.

Man-to-man, give Chris a shot bro.

Chris has been really helpful and encouraging in helping me overcome the trauma and grief of losing my loved one to suicide. He's helpful not just in helping me process my thoughts and emotions, but also helping me understand myself better so I can deal with all these complex feelings I get, so I can continue moving on with life. I'm looking forward to my upcoming visits!

  • Isaiah S.

Recently joined a communication workshop by them. I think the workshop was very well done. It was compact, insightful and interactive. Chris and Preethi, the speakers, made sure we understood what was being shared and gave very practical guides on navigating different communication situations. I enjoyed the quiz at the end, a little bit of fun learning to top it off.

The workshop is very beneficial so I highly recommend anyone to join if they are organising again.

The people here are super friendly and kind, and the environment is really comfy, perfect for therapy sessions.

I’m glad to came cross Betterment Psychology. Has been looking for affordable therapy session beforehand.

Tbh it’s a life changing to me, and impact my work life tho I am only on 2 session. Looking forward on my 3rd this saturday.

At work, My manager also sees the improvement. I am less likely to be emotional.

My sesh with Preethi has taught me real lesson, emotions are never wrong but what really matters how we act on it, the small, mid & large circle. Small circle are the ones we cn control until the large which is beyonf & ofc why the heck should be stress bout lol?

The thing about going therapy is, therapist uncovers emotional guidance how do we solve & maneuver in this stressful reality :).. Contextually, I’ve been on psychatric treatment but psychatrist only feeds in clinical sense. Psychatrist don’t care about talk much, all they care is ensuring u eat the right dosage & symptoms. ..
While therapy helps to regulate emotion. Tailored to your situation & trauma rama

Yes lot of things are in our head & can be found in ChatGPT, but informations can be scattered & meeting a professionals are important, especially you carry traumas in past or a psychatric patient :).. normies also are suggested to check in.

Best investment ever i did say.

Navigating many huge and stressful changes in life can be daunting. Having the varied relevant perspectives and approaches needed to manage the different types of challenges is hard to do by yourself.

The Betterment Team are highly dynamic in how they engage, with the ability to create a safe and comfortable environment / atmosphere, whilst maintaining a professional setting. Every session leaves me with insights or better understanding, tools to try, and the knowledge I have a supported space to access anytime I need it.

Betterment also makes therapy accessible to so many more people with their fee structure. This makes a huge difference, and gives people the chance to get successful outcomes without the burden of astronomical costs to get help. We all know cost is also relative to consistency.

Preethi & Chris are also incredibly lovely human beings and I have recommended them to many people I know. There is no ‘one size fits all’, but if you are looking for a place to start or try a different therapist, I couldn’t recommend them more.

  • Siti

I’m truly grateful for the support and care I’ve received here. After attending therapy sessions for quite some time, I can honestly say it has helped me tremendously in understanding myself, processing my emotions, and learning healthier ways to cope.

My therapist, Chris, created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt heard and understood, even during difficult moments. He is empathetic, listens attentively, and provides thoughtful guidance based on the challenges I’m facing. Healing is a journey, and I’m thankful to have guidance and support through it.

Highly recommended for anyone who is struggling emotionally and looking for professional help.
